to provide timely
responses which may, at our option,
include telephone or web based assistance.
Support does not include training.
Software evolves over time. For VIPlanning
Software, maintenance is comprehensive
all software releases from bug fixes
to major releases.
Only new, separately
licensed features are excluded from
maintenance. We do, however, offer
these items a significant discounts
to customers currently on maintenance.
