Each software purchase includes one year of software support, maintenance and upgrades. Additional years of support and maintenance may be purchased for 20% percent of the current software price.

Each licensed customer may designate up to two of their personnel as support points of contact. These people are authorized to request assistance with any issue related to the installation or use of VIPlanning Software via our secure support web site. We strive to provide timely responses which may, at our option, include telephone or web based assistance. Support does not include training.

Software Maintenance
Software evolves over time. For VIPlanning Software, maintenance is comprehensive and includes all software releases from bug fixes to major releases.

Only new, separately licensed features are excluded from maintenance. We do, however, offer these items a significant discounts to customers currently on maintenance.
