"Creating HTML preplans (virtual site assessments of each campus), reviewing our current emergency plan, and providing ICS training for principals / HCSD administrators were just some of the projects Visual Imagry, Inc. was contracted to deliver as part of the Humboldt County School District's Critical Incident Response Project.

Each of the campus HTML preplans contains maps and floor plans of each school, utility connections, photographs (classrooms, lounges, common areas, and students), MSDS lists, and site plans (evacuation routes, staging areas, etc.).

The Humboldt County School District was awarded a grant by the U.S. Department of Education in 2005 and Visual Imagry, Inc. was awarded the contract in February 2006.

To help support the emergency planning process, Visual Imagry created and is hosting a secure web site that is being used for project updates and for reviewing all HTML preplans and emergency protocol plans."
