Yes! Visual Imagry also offers online training using GoToMeeting. Visual Imagry's
training team offers either one-hour or 1/2-hour online sessions. This is great
because you can start out learning to use the Forums and then schedule other
trainings for learning to create links, library items and contacts as needed.

How
many people from my region or district
can become
authorized users?
Administrators can add authorized users when needed. For example, one school
district had more than 230 users. Visual Imagry used the school district's secure
web site to help more than 115 school sites develop their emergency response
plan and 115 HTML preplans. Each school was provided their own forum for sharing
information, and authorized users could also access the district forum. During
the one-year project they created 128 forums with more than 285 topics and had
access to view all of the HTML preplans for high schools, middle schools, elementary
schools and administrative facilities.
