Diana Olson
Marketing Coordinator

Diana Olson's extensive experience in research and vessel documentation helped her easily make the transition into the world of emergency preparedness software. After attending college, Diana started working in marine title and commercial lines insurance businesses.

She joined Visual Imagry in June of 2006 as a administrative assistant and quickly found herself taking on the role of editing and reviewing HTML preplans and HTML Emergency Response Plans. She also reviewed and edited all 100+ HTML preplans and emergency response plans for the Washoe County School District, 15 + HTML preplans for the Humboldt County School District and Bishop Manogue High School's HTML preplan.

Next she began inputting the Emergency Response Plan for Shasta County Public Health Department (CA); TOA's Public Health Mutual Aid Plan for Border Counties in Nevada and California; and the HTML emergency plan for the Temple Independent School District (TX).

As of July 2007 Diana was promoted to Marketing Coordinator. Her new position will allow her to expand her creative skills and research experience; as she will be coordinating the development of marketing materials for both VIPlanning® Software & Online Services.

Diana also assists in sales and providing support for new VIPlanning® Software & Online Services clients.
