Donald Beaugez co-founded Visual Imagry, Inc. in September 1994 and currently serves as the Company's Product Architect. With over 29 years of extensive experience as a systems analyst, systems programmer, database administrator and business analyst, he provides expertise related to relational database systems and software design.         He has consulted in a number of areas including telephone company message processing and billing, financial applications, oil and gas systems, mining maintenance management, work flow design and large relational database applications design, development and implementation. He began developing software for emergency planning and preparedness efforts in 1998 in response to a national pre-incident pilot test project. His goal was to develop software that would be simple to use, assures uniform layout and could be customized to fit each facility. Graduating with a B. S. in Computer Science from Mississippi State University in December 1976, Donald continued his graduate studies in Computer Science at Texas A&M University and Rice University.
